today has been a productive day. i love sleep!

i went to bed at 7 last night, watched some dvds, and went to sleep at 8:30. i woke up at 5:30 for crew, only to receive a phone call or two that... practice is cancelled! i burrowed back into bed and slept until 8:30. oh 12 hours of sleep, how i love thee.

i washed the dishes, which weren't too piled up, and made oatmeal, coffee, and oranges. okay. i didn't make the oranges. but i ate them. after successfully peeling them.

made lunch. packed a school bag and a workout bag. went to school. discovered the library didn't open until 11. etc.

spent 2 hours doing physics homework. fuck, that's a long time!

spent 2 hours reading genetics. oh man. genetics is the awesomezorz. even just reading about Mendel for the 700th time... that guy had some brains on him!

spent an hour and a half working out (since no practice).

started reading "desert solitaire" by edward abbey while i worked out. i just finished "the monkeywrench gang". it had been recommended to me with high reviews. it was pretty good, but i think i like desert solitaire better already. i'm pretty down with edward abbey's POV, though.

now i am in the process of cooking delicious lentils. i would be doing laundry if the machines were unoccupied, but meh! meh, i say. laundry can wait. i've been goddamn productive!

lots of thinking, too, today and lately. places i want to go. people i want to be. things i want to do. views on the world.

y'know.

i'm happy.
